langkah-langkahnya sebagai berikut:
1. klik start
2. pilih Control Panel
3. pilih Administrative Tools
4. pilih Services

untuk menonaktifkan service yaitu dengan cara: 
1. klik dua kali (double click) salah satu service yang akan dinonaktifkan.
2. set Start up Type menjadi "disabled"
3. "aplly" dan "ok"

lakukan untuk semua service yang ingin dinonaktifkan.
